Here is our basic time frame of accomplishing this play:

Second Quarter
Weeks 1-4

1. Final Planning
2. Script Revisions - Seriously Revise It
3. Start finding props
4. Planning set up

Weeks 4-8

1. Create backdrop #1
2. Begin multimedia portion
3. Choose sound / music
4. Scripts Memorized

Winter Break
2 Rehearsals

Third Quarter

Weeks 1-4

1. Create backdrop #2
2. Finalize multimedia
3. Make sure all props are finished
4. Continue the rehearsals - including one dress rehearsals

Weeks 5-6

1. Advertise for the play
2. Two dress rehearsals
3. Showtime!
